Fire Damage – Kingsport Apartments

Fire damage at this Kingsport apartment complex began on the second floor of this building. Access holes needed to be cut into the roof to fight the fire. SERVPRO of Kingsport / Bristol was contracted to temporarily cover the holes in the roof until the insurance company arrived to assess the situation. WE completed the job within two hours of receiving the call. Once the insurance adjuster performed his assessment, we were asked to provide fire damage mitigation for all the damage. There were interior fire and water damage to be cleaned up and the repair of the roofing and trusses in the attic area.
