Johnson City Extensive Water Damage I

This home in Johnson City suffered significant water damage to the kitchen, dining area, and the living room. These first photos depict the appearance of the original kitchen appearing okay. Upon closer inspection, you will find water damage to the cabinets, cracked tiles due to a weakening of the kitchen subfloor, and the underlying plywood sheet. This sheathing, anchored to the floor joists, was saturated with water and needed a thorough drying. An involved demolition and rebuild offered the only viable water damage restoration for this home that would ensure a safe and sanitary state and also satisfy the homeowner, Mr. Daniels. His wish to remodel the damaged rooms led us down a path of cooperation and coordination with his insurance company.
