The before photo illustrates the semi-demolished kitchen with our industry leading drying equipment in place. The large low grain dehumidifier captures the air molecules that are rapidly being circulated by the air movers and smaller dryers. Our technicians mitigated the water damage by this rapid removal of moisture and salvaged the plywood subfloor, joists, and the walls, thus reducing costs ( appreciated by the insurance company) and reducing the remodeling time. The upper cabinets and tiled backsplash would eventually be removed. The final documented drying was confirmed with the use of moisture meters and infrared cameras. The finished kitchen shines in the second photo, work proudly accomplished by our in-house highly skilled technicians.
