Water damage occurred at this Kingsport home when the main supply line to an upstairs bathroom sprung a terrible leak. Water accumulated above the ceiling until the weight became too great. Then the ceiling fell down along with the water. SERVPRO was brought in to clean up the water and repair the damages. There was a significant amount of debris to be carried out and disposed of as the photo shows. We needed to tear out the entire ceiling in the room and set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the damaged surfaces before beginning the rebuilding process.
